I now have stitches in my right hand, and I'm going in for surgery tomorrow to investigate or repair severed nerves and tendons.
I was pretty f'n hammered, as evidenced by my bood pressure of 95/50. Don't try this at home, or anywhere, ever.

You are the man! Thanks for the encouraging words, they mean a lot to me. Everthing went well, the doctor re-attached my nerve, which apparently isn´t a big deal at all. The tendons were fine, so I just have to wait for the stitches to heal. Hell, I´m even typing with it right now.
I´ll post some more when I get home, because this German keyboard is making me cross-eyed and frustrated.
